After studying for a History degree at Royal Holloway, University of London, Jenny made the rather illogical leap onto BFBS in 2006. With friends and family in the military, Jenny hasn't looked back.
Having spent nearly 3 years on the wild, snowy plains of Canada, Jenny feels at home with the bears and cougars. Her 6 month detachment to the Falklands in 2007, taught her to sheep sheer, shoot, climb mountains and lose in the annual Stanley horse race.
Jenny has now changed from the minus 45 of BATUS to the plus 45 of Cyprus where she finds the sun and the beach rather tiresome. As a result, BFBS have now sent her to Camp Bastion in Afghanistan...that'll learn her.
You can hear her from wherever you are in the forces' world; as long as you're up before the sparrow lets off gas. Join her - it's free. |
